The Ponderosa and Thyme workshop was taken place in the beautiful and tranquil country side of Dorset, England.

I have so many amazing memories from this workshop at the St Giles House, and feel so grateful and honored to have had the opportunity to go on this trip. I’m especially thankful to Katie from Ponderosa and Thyme for bringing me along. Photographing flowers is one of my favorite things to do, and I got to do it everyday in such a dreamy place. One of my favorite memories on this trip was spending the crisp mornings together foraging on the many acres of land that surrounded the St Giles House. I got to know so many amazing and beautiful people throughout this week, and formed friendships that I know will last a lifetime. Katie is such an incredible teacher and mentor. She has a way of digging deep and asking questions that really make you think as a creative. The students and myself were brought to tears everyday (good tears) because Katie not only brought her skills and expertise, but she brought her heart.

Anna and Daniel’s Pastel Northern California wedding was an absolute dream. After their wedding, the couple traveled up to Portland for an after session at Lewis and Clark College. The college was the perfect place for their session as the grounds are so nostalgic and breathtaking, and they reminded us of Europe. Anna and Daniel have to be one of the sweetest and most loving couples I have ever met, so being able to spend another evening with them to capture their newlywed glow was so special to me.
