Sinclair & Moore Floral Workshop // Opulent, Yet Approachable

For the second styled shoot from the Sinclair & Moore Floral Workshop, Steve wanted to create an approach that was opulent, yet still approachable, which I love. This shoot captured all the right moods, and the mixture of old world + elegant details made for an absolute dream setting.

From Sinclair & Moore:

“I believe things can be opulent and approachable at the same time, and so I set out to show our students how to create that look. We paired ornate details with organic elements to create a juxtaposition of style. Gilded flatware and candlesticks mixed with rustic loaves of bread; garden flowers sitting on top of lush velvet runners; a grand collection of chandeliers hanging above a vintage table with mismatched chairs… all of the details worked together to give a sense of easy elegance and old world charm.”

Sinclair & Moore Floral Workshop // A Feminine & Whimsical Approach

The first of two shoots (second one coming soon, stay tuned!) that came out of the Sinclair & Moore Workshop was inspired by a whimsical garden, with moody tones and a feminine approach. I was personally blown away by how beautiful this styled shoot turned out, and absolutely love the idea of mixing vintage vibes with fresh ones for a unique vibe.

“The idea for this shoot was to create an indoor secret garden that was feminine, simple, approachable and refined. We chose moody colors to add a sense of mystery. The hanging installation above the table made a big impact by helping to define the space and creating a more intimate setting. The lush flower arrangements were separated by an eclectic mix vintage candles sticks and votives clustered together with grapes. The crystal stemware paired with simple place settings and mismatched flatware worked together to create a sense of whimsy.”
